Edenbridge Health’s PACE Center, aka the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, supports older adults while they age in place at home. Edenbridge’s first location in D.C., this nationally recognized model of care will provide medical services and support for certain elderly individuals, most of whom are eligible for benefits under both Medicare and Medicaid.
