Cultivating Community

A True Community: Dining, Shopping and Living in Southeast DC

Our Story

Inspired by our powerful community, Skyland Town Center is transforming this part of Southeast D.C. into a modern, welcoming and walkable hub where you can live, shop, work, dine and gather. In short, this is a place you can call your own.

At completion, Skyland’s 18.5 acres is the largest retail development in Southeast D.C.

Which includes dining; full-service grocery; retail, banking, and medical facilities; hair, nail and spa services.

The team that developed the Skyland Town Center established the Skyland Workforce Center, a collaborative effort of nonprofits and employers providing job assistance and training.
